Emergency!!! I’m a complete newbie. Whenever I try to do the hue saturation thing, the whole picture changes, instead of just the eye region! And yes, I’ve closely followed all your steps till that point.

so i did it with the pen tool but instead of the pen tool making the little dots it made a long line instead of the little connecting paths

Did you buy this or get the free one? And is the free one the same and the one you have to pay for?

I just wanna note that, I have pretty dark brown/green eyes, I tried this on a picture of myself, and it worked just fine. So it does work with dark eyes too.

This works with darker eyes ( brown black) from a distance. When my dad had to fix red eye he would clone the color of the hair and select it on the eye great job!

One possibility is that the funds are "bond funds" invested in fixed income securities rather than shares, or have a large component of such securities.
