@lostgrl06 Yeah i know. I easily found the short cuts that i needed to find out by googling. People can be idiotic and pathetic on youtube. I hate hating comments it grinds my gears. But i look at it this way, the people who hate, obviously have a crap life and have no other means of letting their anger out due to them not having friends to talk to. So they vent they crap life issues on youtube comments. haha

lostgrl06

@OrcaineKode Actually your right, this isn’t a tutorial,just a sneak peak, so Idk why people feel the need to be rude to her.
Google is a very powerful tool…

thaks baby, it’s a pleasure to have tutos with female voices, and yours is particularly hot

OrcaineKode

@lostgrl06 This really isnt a tutorial though she doesn’t tell us the short cuts for what she is showing us is she?

do this first: click the edit tab, click preferences, click general, look for Hud Color Picker (that’s at the top to your right). click the blk upside down error key and choose Hue Strip. Now try the alt +shift and right click your mouse. it should wk now!

lostgrl06

instead of insulting her, you should kindly thank her for trying to make a tutorial and then go on google and figure it out yourselves. stop acting helpless, it takes two seconds to pull up google and try to figure stuff out for yourselves.
this was a lovely tutorial but perhaps it would help to put the key next time. XD
either way thanks for your time in making it!

layfe5150

for mac it’s Control+option and left click on the mouse

encorporadow

@totetoBT Seriously. Keeps saying “with the same shortcut”…

@Dndd8686
i thing you should “ACTIVATE THE OPENGL” drawing first , go to EDIT/ Preferences/ Performances then activate Open gl drawing in GPU setting . you will also be able to rotate your canvas by pressing “r”. hope it will work (even if i’m pretty sure :) )

There’s something about simulated paint effects that look so cheap and tacky. I’ve seen some great digital artists pull of this style, but they do it more with talent rather than gimmicky tools.

fetcheoi

i have photoshop CS5, but im still kinda lost lol
i mean, always used CS4, although i havent find the new tools xD
but CS5 ROOOCKKKKS!

Dndd8686

ALT + SHIFT + Right click does nothing for me. This wouldn’t be much of a problem if I could even find “color picker” ANYWHERE so I could just change what the key for it is. I can’t even open it. Where the hell am I supposed to find it? No, not the shortcut. Just opening the effing window.

mash2head

@totetoBT Select a painting tool.
Press Shift + Alt + right-click (Windows) or Control + Option + Command (Mac OS).
Click in the document window to display the picker. Then drag to select a color hue and shade.

That lil hat is too stinkin' cute : ) I wouldn't be able to function without my photoshop! It's the only thing I have ever used to edit my photos.
