Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 Tutorial
Given the amount of photo editing software programs on the market today it can be difficult to choose which one will suit your particular needs the best. If you choose Adobe Elements any version you choose will enable you to effectively edit your photos to your satisfaction. Don\’t worry about running out and upgrading your software if you are using an earlier version of Adobe Elements since your program will still do the jobs you have always used it to do. However, I do recommend that at some point, especially if you are using Elements version 3 or lower, that you consider moving with time so you do not get left behind in terms of technology. My personal thought is that you should update to version 7 as updating a program is significantly less expensive than purchasing an entirely new one.
Another advantage to keeping up to date with the latest software versions is that generally newer software contains better help and support tools. Typically when software is updated many users migrate to the newer version and with online support groups users are often willing to discuss their findings on the new software thereby helping you as a similar user understand it better. If you are thinking of waiting for the next version I recommend keeping an eye on the manufacturers web site as they will typically announce a release date and, usually those who purchase in advance will receive a discount on the program. Migrating to a newer version early on is the best policy if you would like to save some money since the price typically goes up after it has been on the market, especially if it is a popular program.
