The UI was very jumpy, hopefully thats just early bugs that can be ironed out.

The iPad really is a failure of a device, but as it stands this isn’t a viable option either. I still haven’t seen a tablet that i’d consider useful, tablets are more expensive and less practical than netbooks and i think the will remain a niche.

great idea but fails hard…. the price is ridiculously too high and this hybrid doesn’t have enough cpu/gpu power. maybe a 1.5ghz Snapdragon could do it but not a 1ghz. or better yet, give it a Tegra 2 processor, you’ll be as right as rain with that

honestly who would pay a thousand for this? this is by fat the laggiest, worst thought out tablet i have seen…the UI sux , the CPU is ok but in this situation i would much rather pay half the price for the IPAD and just get the bluetooth keyboard with it….

How is the iPad faster? The UI being slow (this is what I am assuming you are talking about) Is because of (mostly) unpolished drivers and some complex graphics (for something with really low powered graphics). The iPad is in no way shape or form better. The point of having a keyboard is if you want to type something out without fumbling with a shitty touch screen.

that thing seems super slow…and its one thing for a snapdragon proc to power a smartphone…i definitely woudn’t want it powering my laptop or “laptop hybrid” until these “whatever pads” are faster and useful they are going to be a waste of time and money. Find me when these things run photoshop and aren’t laggy as hell.

Yeah, $499 for something with only 16gb of space, and absolutely nothing else. No 3G, no flash, no nothing. The iFags out there will most likely all buy the 3G/64GB model, which costs $829, for something with no multitasking, small storage space, and a nazi-like app store.
