Jeśli chcesz, żeby zagrożenia usuwały się automatycznie, wejdź do Aviry -> Configuration i:
(zaznacz Expert mode), Scanner, Scan, i w “Action for concerning files” zaznacz Automatic.

Wtedy w Primary Action dajesz repair, a w Secondary Action dajesz Delete. Oczywiście zaznaczasz przy tym “Copy file to quarantine before action”. Pamiętaj jednak, że funkcja automatyczna działa tylko podczas skanowania systemu, a podczas surfowania w Internecie już wyskakuje info o wirusie.
