@MrRealtalk1111 uuuhhh i am sooo offended, cause you have something so precious to do with your life you are arguing with me on my video coments :)
Get a life before criticising what anyone else does.

MrRealtalk1111

@SritaCaramelo umm did you read? since nobody forced me i only watched 2 minutes and stopped but i would first take a head shot before watching the whole video :)

SritaCaramelo

@MrRealtalk1111 Nobody held a gun to your head to watch the video, there are millions of reviews out there, and you can also fast forward to whatever part of the video you wanted :)

MrRealtalk1111

SritaCaramelo

@dandymegan i don’t get it much, once in a while it speeds up for a couple of minutes and then it slows down and i don’t hear it at all.

dandymegan

what about the fan noise? Im pretty sensitive, and Im gonna use the laptop in the lib primary…

SritaCaramelo

shangrilabellydance

did u get the 160 GB or 250 GB Hard drive?

@jackharvest1 awesome! It’s the same i was looking for and i also feel I found it in this model (the dual core one of course). I didn’t know dell wasn’t making this one iwth the dual core. I actually did what i pretended from it (recording good quality audio with an external audio interface) and it worked out great!
I’m glad you liked it, I hope you have as much fun with it as I have with mine :D

jackharvest1

Hm, well done. Just made the plunge and purchased the 11z. However, I found one of the Dual Core ones on eBay since Dell doesn’t make the Dual Core anymore (the only one that can carry it’s weight, really). I wanted something closer to a netbook size, but with behemoth amounts of power. I found it.

Measures less than an inch thick, and is about 3.3 or 3.4 pounds with the must-have 6-cell battery. Granted the battery sticks out on this model, it makes for 10x better airflow under the lappy.

@ITALIANSFINEST658 3 usb ports and an hdmi port!!! haha seriously useful in my opinion :)

ITALIANSFINEST658

2 usb ports and 1 hdmi port!

@fvorstenb i love this sort of light keyboard, it’s so smooth… i have little hands so it’s comfy, but that’s just me :)

fvorstenb

Im not sure about the keyboard; i am very interested in the Lenovo S12 because of the full-size keyboard. But the Lenovo S12 with the specs like this one costs a lot more..

SritaCaramelo

@tipoomaster it’s probably on a low speed, it doesn’t make any noise when in that speed, but in my opinion it would be unlikely that it was off. In my experience when the fan goes off temperature rise and you’re screwed :P

tipoomaster

@SritaCaramelo
Thanks for the reply. So is the fan off most of the time, or on at a low speed?

SritaCaramelo

@tipoomaster i don’t get it that often…. it starts and it “calms down” after a little while back to a quiet sort of fan… i don’t know, it’s not summer here, maybe it’s an overall temperature thing.. just guessing.. cause seriously i don’t get it so often, so it doesn’t bug me..

tipoomaster

Whats the word on fan noise? While web browsing? Under heavy stress (GPU + CPU)? For some reason fan noise drives me up the wall :-P

SritaCaramelo

@Paolagg00 yo la compré en wallmart por un descuento que tenía, pero también la ví en casas de electrodomésticos.

Wanna say something?
