On 11/19/2009, Google released the code behind Chrome OS. Dubbed Chromium OS, Google is essentially allowing you to test their operating system before the 2010 release date. Apparently, it’s been a little difficult to get this OS running straight from google’s code so I suggest downloading a pre-constructed image from gdgt: gdgt.com From their, just install in vmware or Virtual Box and Enjoy! If you don’t have the chrome os requirements, you wouldn’t be on youtube.

I have two questions,
1. Can chrome os harm my computer if something goes wrong with it
2. Do I need the chrome os system requirements to do this

Thanks! I have never done this and I am a noobie =P

therevivedone

That’s not true. Both VMWare and Virtual Box support Windows.

sooty606

I’m not sure, but just download Vmware fusion and use the demo. There is a youtube video saying the serial code.

sooty606

I used Virtual machine but I can’t log in, so I’m downloading Vmware now.

ok so i just looked at your sorry profile, 53 subs, my bad. btw i have 57, so your point about me not have any didn’t make any sense. and your saying bad words about my dad…… lololololololololol, i have never heard a comment about someones dad, especially with the name iLoveeApple(nice spelling btw, couldn’t think of an original name?) And you say you like Sony and apple, and hate Microsoft. Lol your missing out on the best game console and 2nd most customizable platform.
