If you have Windows (at least XP anyway) be sure you have Service Pack 3 downloaded. With that, it should not be a problem updating AVG Free. I have SP3 and the latest AVG Free, so I know it works.

Actually it does make a huge difference.Hook your ethernet up to the modem itself and then try the wifi only..see the difference.
To be honest wired and wireless (G and up) will not make any difference to your internet speed… Only your network transfer speed (LAN gaming, ect.)

That has nothing to do with your internet browser.That is either to issues.1 it could be your PS3 is running off or wifi and its not hardwired.Or,your internet service download speed is not for hard downloading.Example:10mbpsdown over 2mbps up is week.Fios is the way to go.
