In all honestly you wouldn't have a chance taking them to an employment tribunal. As others have said, under 12 months you can be let go for any reason at all. The discrimination thing wouldn't wash as it was not the only reason they let you go – the rest of the list is sufficient after 3 weeks.
Don't waste your time. Best thing is to get on with things and try to learn from the situation. Even if you don't feel you did anything wrong – try to take something from the comments made to improve your chances in the next job.
