i cant even open my internet explorer keeps telling me internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close

What if u even cant open ur internet explorer idiut -.-’ For me it says. “An unhandled exception occurred in 3rd party module and will be closed. You may send an automatic report created to development centre for further investigation. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.” then three button options “Send Report” “Save Report” & “Cancel” If u can help me with that ur pro ^^

i can’t open IE7 when i click the icon it makes a shortcut and when i click start the internet 7 it opens and closes
