I have a question . my phone got locked.!!!! its the red intensity. how can i unlock it . i put my regular password but it doesnt work !!! please help me out!!!

How do you manage to get your menu to look that? My Intensity has no option to change the menu or background at all

hate this fone!!! it is slow and very limited. and the service is just aweful. at the most I get 2 bars but most of the time one bar or no service, i thought verizon was da best, mmmmm.

I luv verizon. This phone is awesome! My mom ordered it from verizonwireless it was free. It is easy to use and it really really is awesome.

dude i hate verison i dropped this phone the screen craked and then i went up there i want to swich to atat but i want to wait for my contract to expire so i wanted a new phone i was going to get the htc inferno but i have to get a new contract or the phone is over 700 dollars verison sucks

dude ok no do not get this phone i have it and it sucks ass its so slow restarts out of no where and somtimes when u shut it the screen stays like it would when it is opened i hate it i want to throw it out the window

@Gevonaful If you already have the songs downloaded onto your computer, then you can transfer it to the phone for free.

Can you use the USB to download songs onto it from your computer? And would that cost money?

Verizon sold my wife a stereo headphone that plugs right into the phone today, when she got the phone to replace her older broken phone, they had several choices of colors too, it was in a package that included a car charger,and protective cover, so I don’t know the cost, the whole package cost 49$

So i went to verizon about, 3 months ago and had the choice of getting the rival, or this one. I chose the rival. BAD CHOICE. It sucked. It glitched up, and did horrible things. I hated it so much! The intensity is the best phone ive ever had. I give 10 stars! Samsung has made the ultimate *easy* phone. hah
