This is a Toshiba Satellite Laptop bought from BestBuy. It’s only 3 month old and there’s a hardware issue with the keyboard or possibly motherboard. The Shift key toggles on and off by itself. I’ve contacted Toshiba to get it repaired and they insist that I pay for shipping to repair their defective product! This is unacceptable and I recommend that anyone who is considering the purchase of a Toshiba product look elsewhere. Their customer service is terrible!
