Sorry to break the news but…Trend micro sucks. And i will give you one example:
My friend was about to download the game F.E.A.R Combat and found out that the exe file contained a trojan horse!!! WTF?? And then he never wanna download it. As a person said below: Trend micro cannot stop a rogue! I recommend ESET Smart Security 4 or Kaspersky Internet security 2010.

internet security look’s good but it’s total shit to me, i’d perfer norton IS or kaspersky IS.

I would not recommend this to anyone. I’ve used it, and it never caught any of the fake AV viruses. I put it through the test, and it caught 0 of the different varients aout there. I manually deleted these. I also emailed TM, and gave them all info needed, and they told me that the reason they couldn’t block this is due to files that resembled system files. Shouldn’t AV suite be good enough to know the difference? YES. It caught 1 file, which was a MP3 file created by me, and was not a virus.

Cudgelwap1

Alright. I believe it uses the bitdefender engine so you can watch my bitdefender review in the mean time. I will do that and F-secure 2010 tomorrow.

Test BullGuard Internet Security

I use AVG Free, never had a problem in years, kept it updated and the MS updates also. Although a paid piece of software such as Trend would provide more area’s or protection such as Identity protection and malware etc.

First view :D

Gosler estimates there are now only 1,000 people in the entire United States with the sophisticated skills needed for the most demanding cyberdefense tasks.

The above quote from the article is not too surprising. You can't train someone to be good at computer security, they have to have it in them – kind of like a natural athlete.

A “..shortage of computer security specialists and engineers..” isn't the only problem. There are also those that don't want to work for the government – or don't want to do computer security work for the government. Just because they're hiring, doesn't mean that anyone wants to be hired.
